ordinary General Meeting of the NATIONAL BANK OF CHINA, LINITED, will be held at St. George's Building, Chater Road, Victoria, Hongkong, on Saturday, the Twenty-fowth day of June, 1911, at 12.30 o'clock pan.. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing as Extraordinary Resolutions, the following Resolutions, that is to say:-

(1.) That the Company by wound-up voluntarily. and that ARTHUR RY- LANDS LOWE, Chartered Accountant, of Thorner's Chombers. Fenchurch Street. London, E.C., and St. George's Building. Hongkong, he and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

(2.) That the Liquidator be authorised to pay out of the funds of the Company a sum not exceeding $100,000 as compensation to members of the Company's staff.

Should the above Resolutions be passed by the requisite majority, they will be submitted for confirmation as Special Resolutions to a Second Extraordinary General Meeting which will be subsequently convened.
