is similar to that of the Order of the 25th October, 1935, and it is provided that the revocation of the former Orders shall not affect :
(a) their previous operations or anything duly done or suffered under any of them;
(b) any rights, privileges, obligations or liabilities acquired, accruing or incurred under any of them;
(c) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against them;
(d) any investigation. legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid;
and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be continued or enforced, and any such penalty, liability, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said Orders had not been revoked.
A copy of the Order in Council will be published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette when it is received in the Colony.
