His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. VICTOR THOMAS LOW be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 895 of the 15th November, 1935.

ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1926. (POST OFFICE).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (n). of the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, the Governor in Council further amends the Post Office Regulations published as Government Notification No. 118 in the Gazette of the 26th February, 1932, as follows:-
Amendment.
The following additional regulation is inserted immediately after regulation 15:--
15A. Notwithstanding any alternative method of treat- ment and disposal of prohibited articles authorised by the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, it shall be lawful for the Postmaster General, or any officer of the Post Office authorised by him in that behalf, forthwith to destroy any postal packet and the contents thereof which may have been opened under the authority of sections 10, 12 and 13 of the said Ordinance and the contents of which may be any obscene, immoral, indecent, offensive or libellous writing, picture or other thing.
