ORDINANCE No. 37 of 1932. (POLICE FORCE).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) of the Police Force Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council further amends the Police Pensions Regulations set forth in Government Notification No. 688 published in the Gazette of the 20th October, 1933, as follows:-
Amendment.
The following words are inserted in Regulation 9 (1) (d) immediately after the words "preceding the date of his retirement:" in the third line thereof :-
"or if the officer's service shall have been less than three years, then on the average amount of salary payable to him for the period of his service."

ORDINANCE No. 34 of 1910. (NEW TERRITORIES REGULATION).
In exercise of the power conferred by section 6A (3) of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, as enacted by the New Territories Regulation Amendment Ordinance, 1933, the Governor in Council rescinds the rule made under the said section and published by Notification No. 764 in the Gazette of the 1st December, 1933, and substitutes the following rule therefor :-
The keeping of any cattle, swine, sheep or goats within the boundaries of the following places, namely,
(1) Taipo New Market, (Tai Wo Shi)
(2) Un Long New Market,
(3) Hang Hau,
is prohibited.
The boundaries referred to in this rule are respectively shown on plans deposited in the offices of the District Officers of the districts wherein the places specified are situate.
