Hon. Dr. S. W. Ts'o said that Sir WILLIAM SHENTON had done a great deal towards the association of the Chinese and the European Communities in Hong Kong and that as the Senior Chinese Member of the Council he had much pleasure in endorsing His Excellency's remarks.
