3. The Honourable the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, (Mr. ROLAND ARTHUR CHARLES NORTH) and the Honourable Mr. ARTHUR GEORGE WARNHAM TICKLE, (Acting Director of Public Works), took the Oath of Allegiance and assumed their seats as Members of the Council.
