The Schedule.

LIMITS OF THE TSUN WAN MARKET AREA.

Western Boundary.

A line running from the South Eastern corner of Tsun Wan Marine Lot No. 7 along the Eastern boundary of that lot and thence due north to the north side of Castle Peak Road.

Northern Boundary.

From the point where the western boundary meets the northern side of the Castle Peak Road along the northern side of the road to the southern corner of Demarcation District No. 449 Lot No. 8, thence due north to the point of its intersection with the demarcation line dividing Demarcation District No. 453 and Demarcation District No. 449 and thence due east to the northern extremity of Demarcation District No. 449 Lot No. 266.

Southern Boundary.

A line running from the south eastern corner of Tsun Wan Marine Lot No. 7 to and along the southern boundary of Tsun Wan Marine Lot No. 2 and thence along the southern boundary of the proposed .TSUN WAN lay-out, as shown on the cadastral plan deposited in the District Office, South, and dated 28th February, 1929, to a point where it intersects the eastern side of the Texaco Approach Road.

Eastern Boundary.

A line running from the intersection of the southern boundary and the eastern side of the Texaco Approach Road along the eastern side of the Texaco Approach Road to a point where it intersects the Castle Peak Road thence north- westwards to the eastern end of the northern boundary.

ORDINANCE No. 34 of 1910. (NEW TERRITORIES REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, the Governor in Council makes the following rules with regard to Tsun Wan Market ::

Tsun Wan Market Rules.

1. The market shall be used solely for the sale of fresh meat, fresh fish and fresh vegetables or such other com- modities as may from time to time be specified.
