ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION] ).

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under Section 73 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorised as a place to be used as a Chinese Cemetery, to be known as "New Kowloon Cemetery No. 7" the piece of land containing about 160 acres, situated East of Ngau Chi Wan in New Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in and which may be seen at the Office of the Public Works Department.
