In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Official Signatures Fees Ordinance, 1935, the Governor in Council amends the Schedule to that Ordinance by the sub- stitution of the words "The Chairman of the Urban Council for the words The Head of the Sanitary Department ".
