Pears's Transparent Unscented Soap both in Class 48, and with regard to the Trade Mark No. 2 the application is being proceeded with by order of His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong as a distinctive mark under Section 9 Sub-section 5 of the said Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.
