OTICE is hereby given that a petition presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, on the 19th day of September, 1935, for confirming the reduction of the capital of the above mentioned Company from Yen 2,000,000 to Yen 1,700,000 is directed to be heard before his Lordship Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl Macgregor on the Ninth day of December, 1935, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said Com- pany under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the under- signed on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
