Canned Fruits, Tea, Sago, Salt, Preserved Meats, Marine Delicacies, Fish, Oil Cakes, Soy, Sauce, Pickles, Flavouring Powder and Milk, and in Class 47 in respect of Common Soap and Matches, and in Class 48 in respect of Perfumed Soap and as to mark No. (2) in Class 47 in respect of Common Soap and Matches and in Class 48 in respect of Perfumed Soap.

The Applicants undertake not to colour in gold trade mark No. (I) in Class 42 when used in respect of Milk.
