(15) There shall be kept at the office of the Council a record of every permit granted and of every order

or direc- tion made under the provisions of this section, other than permits, orders or directions relating to urns. Such record shall contain particulars, so far as the same can be ascertained, of the race, nationality, name, sex and age of the persons whose bodies or the remains of whose bodies have been re- moved under the provisions of this section, and particulars of the places from which and to which the same have been removed. Such record shall be open to inspection by any person during office hours.
