Cattle, Swine, etc.

The sump shall be constructed to the satisfaction of the Council and shall be emptied and the contents thereof together with the solid manure in the building removed daily. The Council may, however, waive any of these conditions, provided that in the opinion of the Council such can be done without danger to the public health.
