Provided that no person shall be imprisoned under this section for not finding sureties for any term exceeding one year.
13. The Forgery Ordinance, 1922, is amended by the New addition of the following section at the end thereof :-

Form No. 21 in the Appendix to the First Schedule Amendment to the Indictments Ordinance, 1919, is amended by the of Fon repeal of the words and figures "section 74 of the Larceny Appendix to Ordinance, 1865" and by the substitution therefor of the First words and figures "section 3 of the Falsification of to Ordinance Documents Ordinance, 1935".
