N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Ming Tai Hong (hereinafter called "the Transferor") of No. 349, Hennessy Road, Wanchai, in the Colony of Hong Kong, has agreed to transfer to Kwong Tin Rubber Tire Company (hereinafter called "the Transferee") of Prince's Building Victoria in the said Colony All That the business of the Transferor carried on at No. 349, Hennessy Road aforesaid including the goodwill fixture furniture stock-in-trade and fittings.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address and will not assume the liabilities incurred in the business of the Transferor prior to the 28th day of May, 1934.
