No. S. 134.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tenders for repairs to S.L. 'G.P.O. 1'", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 20th day of April, 1934.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor, aud to be duly completed within the number of working days specified by the tender to commence from the date of handing over of the launch to tenderers for repair; failing completion within such time deduction will be made from the contract price, by way of liquidated damages for delay, at the rate of $30 for each and every subsequent day until and including the date of due completion of the work.
