No. 959.-Persons, firms and companies who have failed to comply with the notices issued on the 1st December, 1934, calling for particulars of persons qualified for jury service are requested to make the necessary returns forthwith and are reminded that a penalty of $100 may be imposed for default.

SUPREME COURT.
No. 960.-The offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10a.m. to p.m. during the Christmas Vacation, except on Public and General Holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed, and on Saturday, when they will be open from 10 a.m. to noon. The Christmas Vacation will commence on the 24th instant and terminate on January 1st, 1935, (both days inclusive).
