No. 944.-Under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ROGER EDWARD LINDSELL to be Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, with effect from 10th August, 1934.

No. 950.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate the following as Members of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from the 1st January, 1935.
