THE OI KWAN LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY, LIMITED.
Report of the Registrar of Companies, under Section 18 of the Life Insurance Com- panies Ordinance, 1907, (Ordinance No. 11 of 1907), upon the Valuation and Report of Mr. Herbert R. Sturt, F.I.A., for the five years ending 31st December, 1933.
The Valuation Balance sheet made up to the 31st December, 1933, shows liabilities $664,857.59 and assets $765,596.06, a surplus in assets of $100,738.47.
Profits are only distributed to Policyholders at the expiry of the terms of the policies if the Assured is then living.
The total Profit made during the quinquennium from the commencement of the Company was $100,738.47.
No Profit has yet been divided among the Policyholders.

No. 857.—It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Monday, the 19th day of November, 1934, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
