No. 845.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provi- sionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, the Honourable Mr. ROBERT HORMUS KOTEWALL,.M.G., LL.D., to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council in the place of the Honourable Sir SHOUSON CHOW, Kt., who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from 3rd November, 1934.
