ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1929. (SUNDAY CARGO WORKING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Sunday Cargo Working Ordinance, 1929, the Governor in Council adds the following paragraph to the scale of fees for Sunday permits set forth in Government Notification No. 702 published in the Gazette of the 28th November, 1930.
Addition.
Proportionate fees are hereby authorised, and shall be charged as follows:-
Where the working is limited to
(a) midnight to 6 a.m.
(b) 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(c) 6 p.m. to midnight
.....one quarter of the scale fee.
.one half of the scale fee. ....one quarter of the scale fee.
This enactment shall come into operation on the 1st day
of January, 1935.
