IMPORTS AND EXPORTS DEPARTMENT.
No. 672.-With reference to Regulation 3 of the Regulations under the Registra- tion of Imports and Exports Ordinance, 1922, which requires import declarations to be furnished within seven days after taking delivery of imported goods, all Importers are hereby notified that, in the absence of the usual documents covering such importation, interim declarations giving all available details will be accepted, provided that full and accurate declarations are furnished as soon as the documents required for their completion are available.

No. 673.-It is hereby notified that on the 27th day of August, 1934, the under- mentioned order was made by the Governor under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance.

Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, No. 5 of 1929.
It is hereby ordered by the Governor under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance that the undermentioned unclaimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the Treasury for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the general revenue of the Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
