ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 (4) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds regulation 7B in Table M, and substitutes the following regulation :-
7B. Not more than five vessels shall be moored abreast on either side of a ship at a buoy in the Harbour; and not more than three vessels shall be abreast alongside any ship's gangway in the Harbour.

THE COMPANIES ORDINANCE, 1932.
Pursuant to the Companies Ordinance, 1932, section 131 (3) the following annual list is published. The list contains the names of all persons (within the meaning of the said section) who are authorised by the Governor in Council to perform the duties required by the said Ordinance to be performed by an auditor. The first part (Part I) of such list contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in English; and the second part (Part II) contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in Chinese :-
