ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1932. (JUVENILE OFFENDERS).
In further exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (5) of the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council, by this Order, establishes as a juvenile court the Magistrate's Court at Ping Shan Land Office, and assigns to such court, as an alternative to the juvenile court at the Magis- tracy at Taipo, the Lok Ma Chau, Au Tau and Ping Shan Police Districts of the Northern District of the New Territories.

ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1906. (PROSPECTING AND MINING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Prospecting and Mining Ordinance, 1906, and without prejudice to the rights and obligations of any grantee of any current mining lease or prospecting or mining licence, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds the regulations made under the said Ordinance and set forth on pages 327-357 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, as subsequently amended.
