Sir WILLIAM EDWARD LEONARD SHENTON, Kt., moved the Second reading of a Bill intituled “An Ordinance to provide for the Incorporation of the Regional Superior in Hong Kong of the Foreign Mission Sisters of St. Dominic commonly known as Maryknoll Sisters."

The Hon. Mr. ROBERT HORMUS KOTEWALL, C.M.G., LL.D. seconded.
