That the Order dated the 1st day of June, 1934, made by the Chief Justice under section 115 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 10 of 1931, be approved.

6. The Attorney General moved :-

That the By-law made by the Sanitary Board under section 16 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, on the 7th day of November, 1933, be adopted.
