ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1902. (TRAMWAY).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Tramway Ordinance, 1902, the Governor in Council amends Appendix A and Appendix B to the rules made under the said Ordinance set forth on pages 288 and 289 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, by the transfer of the item Des Voeux Road West, at "Tai Ping Theatre."

NOTE:-Appendix A and Appendix B will be found in G.N. No. 676 published in the Gazette of the 28th October, 1932. The effect of the transfer now made is to cause Des Voeux Road West, at "Tai Ping Theatre", to be a 'request' stopping place for trams instead of a 'compulsory' stopping place.
