N.B. Under section 39 (6) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, conditions of Fishing Junk licences may be imposed by the Harbour Master with the approval of the Governor.

(d) delete condition 3 in the conditions under the heading "Class B.--For Passenger Boats" and substitute the following condition,

3. This licence is not transferable. It is only valid for the passenger boat to which it is issued and to such passenger boat only for so long as such boat remains the property of the owner named therein.

(e) delete condition 3 in the conditions under the heading "Class C-For Lighters and Cargo Boats" and substitute the following condition,-

It is valid for the

3. This licence is not transferable. lighter or cargo boat to which it is issued and to such lighter or cargo boat only for so long as such lighter or cargo boat remains the property of the owner named therein.

(f) delete condition 3 in the conditions under the heading "Class D.-For Hulks" and substitute the following con- dition,

3. This licence is not transferable. It is valid for the hulk to which it is issued and to such hulk only for so long as such hulk remains the property of the owner named therein.

(g) delete condition 3 in the conditions under the heading "Class E.--All other boats licensed in Classes A, B, C or D" and substitute the following condition, -

3. This licence is not transferable. It is valid for the boat to which it is issued and to such boat only for so long as such boat remains the property of the owner named
