Notification under section 3 of the Marriage Ordinance, 1875, Ordinance No. 7 of 1875, declaring the China Congregational Church, situate at No. 5, Ladder Street, Victoria, Hong Kong, licensed for the celebration of marriages, dated 26th March, 1934.

4. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee
(No. 4), dated 29th March, 1934, and moved its adoption.

5. Sunday Cargo Working Amendment Bill.-The Attorney General moved the
Second reading of the Bill intituled Cargo Working Ordinance, 1929.”

In section 2 the word "Fuel-oil," was added after the word "bunkers,”.
On Council resuming, the Attorney General reported that the Bill had passed through Committee with an immaterial amendment and moved that it be read a third time.

6. Railways Amendment Bill.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend further the Railways Ordinance, 1909."
