His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. EMILE JEAN JULIEN MISSU be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 697 of the 20th October, 1933.

It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under section 210 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, appointed the hours of 5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. as additional or further hours between which, until the 15th day of July, 1934, inclusive, blasts may be fired within the area of the Dry Docks Extension works of the Hong Kong and Whampoa Dock Company, Limited, at Hung Hom.
