Of the fee of £10 payable in respect of the grant of a certificate of naturalization, £1 shall be payable on the sub- mission of the application for a certificate, and shall in no circumstances be returned; the remaining £9 shall be payable on the receipt of the decision to grant a certificate.
19. The Naturalization Regulations made on the 23rd Revocation, July. 1931, (a) are hereby revoked but without prejudice to anything done thereunder.
20. These regulations may be cited as the Naturalization Short title. Regulations, 1933.
