ORDINANCE No. 3 of 1873. (SUPREME COURT).
Order made by the Chief Justice under section 32 of the Supreme Court Ordinance, 1873.
The Order for regulating the fees to be payable in the Supreme Court in its Original and Summary Jurisdictions made by the Chief Justice on the 10th day of July, 1931, approved by the Legislative Council on the 16th day of July, 1931, and published as Government Notification No. 450 in the Gazette of the 17th July, 1931, is amended as follows:-
1. By the deletion of the following items under the heading "Setting down Hearing, Decree, Order &c." in Schedule I:--
Order for Judgment or Decree under sections
22, 23 or 21 of the Code................
$20.00
Settling and filing a Judgment or Decree or Decretal Order, whether on the original hearing of AL cause or on further con- sideration
$6.00
Settling and filing any other Order, whether
made in Court or in Chambers..
$5.00
and by the substitution therefor of the following items:-
Settling and filing Judgment or Decree or Decretal Order, including Judgment in default of appearance under Section 22 of the Code, Judgment after appearance under Section 23 of the Code, and order for an account under Section 24 of the Code, whether in default of appearance or after appearance

Settling and filing any other order, including order for Judgment after appearance under Section 23 of the Code.....

2. By the addition of the following item to the items under the heading "Writ of Summons, Subpoenas, &c." in Schedule II :--
