To the Owners of Demarcation District 419 Lot No. 815 (portion), Tsun Wan.
No. 177.-Take notice that Demarcation District 449 Lot No. 845 (portion), Tsun Wan, is required for a public purpose and will be resumed on the expiration of one month. from the date hereof and that thereupon such compensation will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, as amended by the Crown Lands Resumption Amendment Ordinauce, 1930, and further take notice that you are hereby called upon to nominate a member to serve on the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of such resumption, and that in the event of your failing to nominate a member to serve on the Board within one week after the date of the expiration of this notice then the Chairman of the Board may nominate a member to serve on your behalf.
