This licence has been granted under section 37 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and the regulations contained in Table E in the Schedule to the said Ordinance

which is hereby authorised to ply to and from and between any places in the waters of the Colony† subject to the tor, within provisions of the said Ordinance and of any regulations the harbour made thereunder.
CONDITIONS OF LICENCE
1. All the provisions of the Merchant Shipping Ordin- ance. 1899 as already or as subsequently amended, and of the regulations for the time being and from time to time in force thereunder which do or shall relate or apply to the licensed vessel shall be duly complied with and observed.
2. The International Collision Regulations shall in all respects be duly conplied with and observed by and in respect of the licensed vessel,
3. The pressure allowed on the safety valve is indicated on Sheet 3 hereto, and such allowed pressure shall not be exceeded.
