It is hereby notified for general information that the following Chinese newspapers circulating in the Colony have been approved by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs pursuant to and for the purposes of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 25 of 1923 :

No. 38. The following Order is published for general information:-

In accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, His Excellency the Governor hereby directs that the respective sums of money, particulars of which appear hereunder, shall be transferred from the Deposit Account to the general revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisious contained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.
