NOTICE is hereby given that at a Meeting
of the Board of Directors of Green Island Cement Company, Limited, held at Exchange Building, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Thursday, the 21st day of September, 1933, a Call of $3.75 per share was made upon all the members holding shares, whose names appear in the Company's register of share- holders on the 21st day of September, 1933, upon which only $3.75 per share has been paid, and it was determined that such Call should be paid on the 15th day of December, 1933, to the Company's Bankers, The Hong Kong & Shang- hai Banking Corporation, at their Head Office, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid.
Upon presentation at the Office of the Com- pany of Bankers' Receipt for the payment of such Call, together with the Certificate of Shares, a note of the payment will be endorsed on the Certificate.
