Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:- **

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Law Short title, Amendment (No. 2) Ordinance, 1911.

Schedule of

2. The Schedule to this Ordinance shall be Addition to added to the Schedule of the Law Amendment Ordinance Ordinance, 1911.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hongkong, this 28th day of December, 1911.

Ordinance No. 1 of 1868:-

in s. 2,

the whole shall be read as one paragraph, the figures "(1)" and "(2)" being omitted, and the word "who after " or ;

and in s. 3,

inserted

from "3. Every person" to "any piracy and" shall be deleted, and there shall be substituted therefor "Provided that where", and before the words "shall be" there shall be inserted

"such

person 2 and the above, together with so much as remains of section 3, shall be a proviso to section 2.
