N Firm, of No. 123, Bonham Strand,
Victoria, in the Colony of Houg Kong, Dealers
in Seagrass, have on the 28th day of August, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--
in the name of Hang Hing Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Mark had hitherto been used by the applicants for the last three years in respect of Seagrass in Class 50.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks
of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
It is hereby stated that the applicants dis- claim the right to the exclusive use of the representation of Seagrass.

in the name of The Kolynos Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of :-
Perfumery, including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair, and perfumed soap in Class 48.
So far as colours are concerned, the registration of the Mark is limited to the colours appearing on the coloured copy of the Mark deposited with the Registrar of Trade Marks.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 254 of
Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark and the coloured copy thereof can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
