TAKE NOTICE that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you by the
Wing Hong Firm, of No. 402, Queen's Road
West, Victoria, Hong Kong, the Chan Po Chan Firm, of No. 180, Wing Lok Street, Victoria
aforesaid, the Yuen Cheong Lee Firm, of No. 17, Les Vœux Road West, Victoria aforesaid, the Tin Fook Tai Firm, of No. 156, Queen's Road West Victoria aforesaid, the Sheung Fung Houg Firm, of No. 21, Bonhan Strand West, Victoria aforesaid and the National Commercial and Savings Bank Ltd., of No. 8, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria aforesaid and the Court has ordered that service of the petition herein be effected by the posting of a sealed copy of the petition together with a sealed copy of the Order for substituted service at the door of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong and by the publication of this notice in two Chinese newspapers circulating in the Colony in three consecutive issues and by publication of this notice once in the Hong Kong Government. Gazette both in English and Chinese and that service to be completed on the 15th day after final action; and further take notice that the said petition will be heard at the Court on the 10th day of November, 1933, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon on which day you are required to appear, and if you do not appear the Court

Chong, of No. 29, Connaught Road West, Hong Kong, Wine Merchauts, have by an application dated the 11th day of October, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-
五龍二虎酒
in the name of Hang Lam Chong, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
Such Trade Mark has been used by Hang Lam Chong in respect of Chinese wines and spirits in Class 43 since the ten years last past.

of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Yee Yee Tong alias Li Yau Yee carrying on the business of a Preserved Ginger and Fruits Manufacturer under the style or firm name "Wah Loong at New Preserved Ginger Manufacturer Kowloon Inlaud Lot No. 1928, Taikoktsui in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong is desirous of transferring his said business to Shiu Kwong Tong of No. 2 Dundas Street, Mongkoktsui, Kowloon aforesaid (who is the Transferee) on the 22nd day of Noven- ber, 1933.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address, and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- feror in the said business.
