ordinary General Meeting of The Tung Tak Knitting Company, Limited, will be held at the Lok To To Restaurant, 233, Des Voeux Road Central, 3rd floor, on Monday the 30th day of October, 1933, at 3.00 o'clock in the afternoon for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing as an extraordinary resolu- tion the following resolution, that is to say:— "That it has been proved to the satis- faction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.
