5. The only persons who shall be entitled to attend and vote at such meeting shall be those who, whether male or female, have attained the age of 21 years and have been Seatholders and Subscribers of the said Church during at least the six calendar months preceding the meeting and have held one or more sittings in the said Church and sub- scribed and paid for or in respect of the same to the main- tenance of divine worship in the said Church.
