No. S. 378.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Taipo, at 11.30 a.m., on Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 1933.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Serial Nos. 1 and 2 as Building and Garden Lots. Serial No. 3 as a Build- ing Lot. Serial Nos. 4 to 6 as Agricultural Lots. Serial No. 7 as an Orchard Lot and Serial No. 8 as a Threshing Floor Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1921 as amended by Government Notification No. 470 of 1931. Serial Nos. 1 to 3 are subject to Special Condition No. 2 (a). Serial Nos. 4 to 7 are further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a), (b) and (c). Serial Nos. 3, 4 and 7 are further subject to Special Conditions hereunder specified. Serial No. 8 is further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a) in the above Government Notification.
The amounts to be spent on each building lot in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 are $2,300 on Serial No. 2, and $3,500 on Serial No. 3.

SPECIAL CONDITION TO SERIAL Nos 3, 4 AND 7.
The Purchaser shall pay $80 to Licensee of Forestry Lot No. 327 as compensation for pine trees on the areas.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 7.
1. The Purchaser shall within 12 months from date of sale plant 50% of the area with fruit trees such trees not to be more than 10 feet apart.
2. The remainder of the area shall be similarly planted with fruit trees within 24 months from date of sale to the entire satisfaction of District Officer, North.
