[OTICE is hereby given that The Simoniz Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, engaged in business as Manufacturers, with a principal place of business at 2101-07 Indiana Avenue, City of Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois, United States of America, have on the 3rd day of July, 1933, applied for registration in HongKong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark on an orange background with the word
Simoniz" in red and black edged letters :-

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in the colors above mentioned since the year 1926, in respect of the following goods :-
Paste for cleaning automobile bodies, furniture and the like, in
Class 50.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the words other than "Simoniz".
