NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
NOTICE is given pursuant to Section
3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Busi- nesses Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, that Ho Chung Ling, of No. 473, Nanking Road, in the Republic of China Merchant (hereinafter called "the Transferor") carrying on business as printers under the style or firm name of “Man Shun Printing Company" at Nos. 446, 448, 450 and 452 Lockhart Road. Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong by an Agreement dated the 2ud day of August, 1933, has agreed to transfer his said business to Kwong Yuk Kwei of 28, Lyndhurst Terrace, Victoria, aforesaid Spinster (hereinafter called "the Transferee") on the 25th day of September, 1933. The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Nos. 446, 448, 450 and 452 Lockhart Road, aforesaid.
The Transferee will not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferor.

aerated water distributors, at the said address, has by an agreement dated the 14th day of August, 1933, agreed to transfer the said business to Yeung Tin Man of No. 5, Connaught Road West, Victoria aforesaid, and that the transaction shall be completed on the 27th September, 1933.
The Transferee intends after completion to carry on the business of aerated water dis- tributors at the said address under the style of the "Sun Fat Lung" and will not assume any of the liabilities contracted by the Transferor in connection with the said business.
