Lung Pawnshop() of 44, John-
ston Road, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called the Transferees).
The Transferees intend to carry on the busi- ness of the Shun Hing Pawnshop at No. 8 Cochrane Street, Victoria aforesaid and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business.
