No. S. 280.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, South, Hong Kong, at 11 a.m., on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1933.
The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot (Soy Factory), subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924 as amended by Government Notification No. 470 of 1931, and to Special Condition No. 2 (a) and (b) and Special Condition hereunder specified.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South, within two years from the date of sale is $10,000.
