NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Tam Hoi carrying on business under the style or firm name of "Tin Yin Kui" at No. 242, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong is desirous of transferring his said busi- ness to Leung Ping otherwise known as Tak Shing Tong of No. 242, Des Vœux Road Cen- tral, (1st floor) Victoria aforesaid (who is the transferee) on the 14th day of August, 1933.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address, and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- feror in the said business.

Yaumati, Kowloon, has, by an agreement dated the 12th day of July, 1933, agreed to transfer the business of the said Wang Shun Pawnshop, carried at the said address, to Tse Yuen Kee (hereinafter referred to as "the Transferee") of No. 2, Pei Hoi Street, Yaumati, Kowloon, and that the transaction shall be completed on the 15th day of August, 1933.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business of a pawnbroker's shop at No. 578, Canton Road, Yaumati, Kowloon aforesaid under the style or firm name of Wang Shun
Pawnshop), and will not
assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
