Trade Marks Nos. 1 to 10 have been used by the Applicants in respect of Lubricating Oils and Greases in Class 47, and Trade Mark No. 11 in respect of Composition felt roofing and individual and strip shingles in Class 50.
Trade Marks Nos. 12 to 18 have not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use Marks Nos. 12 to 17 in respect of Lubricating oils and Greases in Class 47, and Mark No. 18 in respect of Lubricat- ing Oils and Wax, including household wax, in Class 47.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
