TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1909.

Application for Registration of a Trale Mark,

OTICE is hereby given that Campbell Soup Company, a Corporation of the State of New Jersey, and of the City of Caniden in the State of New Jersey, United States of America, Manufacturers have on the 17th day of January, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of Campbell Soup Company who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of canned condensed soups of all kinds, with or without added ingredients; canned cooked vegetables, with or without added ingredients, including pork and beans; canned meats, canned fruit and vegetable juices, sauces and extracts including tomato juice, condiments, relishes, salad dressings, canned spaghetti and canned minced meat in Class 42.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the word Campbell's" appearing in the Trade Mark.

The said Trade Mark is limited to the colours red and white, as shown in the above representation of the mark, the shaded part being red and the unshaded part being white.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
